Acquisition of quality mangement system:

Moly and MIM plants acquired ISO 9002: 1994 in July 1995.

Lead frame plant was ISO 9002:1994 certified in 1998.

All plants acquired QS 9000 certification in Jan. 2001, except Tianjin

plant, which was QS 9000, certified in Nov. 2002.

MIM plant acquired ISO 9001: 2000 certification in Jan. 2003.

TSM acquired ISO 9001:2008:certification in Aug. 2010.

Moly and Lead frame plants acquired ISO 14001:2004 Feb. 2014.

The Moly and Lead frame factory passed ISO 14001:2015 certification in January 2016. TSM passed ISO 9001:2015 certification in January 2017.

The Lead Frame factory passed IATF 16949 certification in June. 2019.
