LED Insert Molding Process, which manufacture LED lead frame, a critical material base, for LED package Company on die attach, wire bonding, and epoxy sealing. The finished product is widely used in backlight module for mobile, NB and TV as well as in in-door and out-door illumination. The application even extends to transportation system and aerospace technology. Realizing the potential for LED application, TSM effectively combine and integrate the advantage of different possessed technology to develop High power LED embedded insert molding technology. Beginning with design and die development, to manufacturing of alloy lead frame and copper slug, to plating and lastly to insert molding, all these processes are manufactured in-house. After years of development in 1W & 3W high power LED lead frame, TSM also enters the manufacturing of SMD series (low power LED lead frame) to produce high precision and high quality LED lead frame with high reputation from our customers.
